Are there risks associated with Vouchers in Boullies Travel?

All holidays are ATOL & ABTA protected, so even after you pay for your holiday and use your voucher, you are protected by standard holiday industry policies.

All holiday payments are made directly to Hays Travel, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved trust account. There are lots of laws and rules surrounding trust accounts so you know your money is safe.

Boullies Travel Ltd is a franchisee of Not Just Travel Agency which works under the Hays Travel Independence Group.

How long are the vouchers valid for?
-
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase.

Are the vouchers refundable?
-
Every voucher carries a 14 day no quibble refund guarantee as long as the voucher has not been used.
-
No refunds are available after the 14 day period.

To request a refund, reply to the email the voucher was delivered to you with and request your refund.

This offer is only redeemable with Boullies Travel Ltd against any of our 430 plus Tour Operators.

Following the initial 14 day cooling off period, the vouchers issued are non-refundable.

Redeemed vouchers are non-fundable regardless of the cooling off period in term 2.

To use your voucher, simply tell us you wish to pay with a voucher prior to booking.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed against a previously booked holiday.

Should the holiday be refunded by the Tour Operator for any reason, only the value paid directly to the Tour Operator will be refunded. In this case, a new voucher will be issued to cover the value of the amount originally paid on the redeemed voucher.

Our vouchers are valid for two years. Plenty of time to book that dream holiday!

Only one voucher can be used per booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vouchers which are given as donations have a minimum holiday spend relative to their value and can be declined for a specific booking. Any declined vouchers can simply be redeemed against with another valid booking.
